Zumba ON! {Boise Zumba}

Turns out, Zumba Fitness can make you very powerful! However, do not be deceived into thinking that your powerful body can safely pick up super heavy (200lb heavy) things. Did I pick it up? Yes, yes I did. But did I hurt myself in the process? Yes, yes I did.

BUT WE ARE BACK! By we, I mean me and my back. Class is ON tonight!! Monday April 2nd. 830pm at Pat Harris Dance School!
