Its time to ZUMBA! We need a big crowd so we can really pump it up! Bring your friends! Their first class is free, so they have nothing to lose! Downstairs studio 8:30pm!

Dance 4 Life!

One week from today there is an opportunity to enjoy some FREE ZUMBA for a good cause! Gold's Gym on Fairview and Cole is hosting an event called Dance 4 Life, where they launch their new Les Mills choreography. But this year, since Gold's has finally caught on to the new fitness phenom and added ZUMBA, there will be a Zumba time slot as well... AND YOU ARE ALL INVITED!!
It is FREE admission, with the option to donate or buy auction items with all proceeds going toward HIV/AIDS research.
ZUMBA is on stage at 1:25pm and we need your hype and love of Zumba! PLEASE come and dance your heart out, and help the others in the crowd, who are brand new to Zumba, and will probably be experiencing it for the first time, see how much fun Zumba really is when you just let loose and enjoy yourself!
So- next Saturday Jan 30th- GOLD'S GYM FAIRVIEW AND COLE AT 1:25PM!!! FREE ZUMBA! Be therewith ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS!!
