Last Class :(

Today was the last class at the Young Living International Convention. Waaaaaaaaah!!

These people were SO. MUCH. FUN. !!! No matter their age, their dance experience, their fitness level, their gender (wooo hoooo for men that dance!), they were going full force!! Awesome energy (thank goodness, because somebody stayed out dancing salsa until 3am last night...I am not mentioning names), awesome vibe!!

I am real bummed that it's over so quickly! With the great turn outs, and positive feedback, I'd venture to say I'll see you all again next year! In the meantime, find me HERE. You can subscribe to my posts and stay up to date.

Also- I am readily available to travel for Master Classes in your home area! So to the lovely people that said they want to take me back to New York to them... I am TOTALLY GAME!! :)

Best quote of today from one of the men in class this morning: "I ran 10 miles yesterday and didn't sweat nearly this much!!" Aaaaah Zumba® Fitness. You don't even realize you're working out!!

Now I'm off to more Zumba® in SLC tonight with Diosa. Great class last night with Alice Lopez. And more salsa tonight! Great weekend... Burju is performing tonight at DF Studio. Remember my super sexy red stiletto salsa shoes? Yeah, we can thank Burju for designing those beauties, and tonight I'll watch her dance live!! I lead a rough life.

On the plus side, I've been attending some of the Young Living Workshops while I'm here, and I am learning new ways to use their essential oils, and incorporate them into class...so be prepared to slather.

It worked!

Turns out those extra two demos last night were well worth the time! We had over 100 Young Living Rockstars in class this morning!! Bright eyed and bushy tailed at 7am! In fact, I had a group already in there claiming their spots before I even got to the room to set up! Love the enthusiasm!!

Scheduled to do one 10 minute Zumba® demo at the Young Living Expo of the international convention, but after seeing how excited the crowd was, the executives asked to add two more demos! Woot!!

What can I say... people LOVE Zumba® Fitness! It's dangerously addictive! And these Young Living People know how to have a good time!

These YL people ROCK!! {Zumba Utah}

Oh. my. goodness!!!

These Young Living distributors ROCK!! This is the first year they've offered Zumba® at the Young Living International Convention, so I wasn't sure what to expect for the turn out....

70+ people on day one at 7am!!! Diffuse a little peppermint oil, and these people were KILLING IT!! Lots and lots of first timers, but they didn't miss a beat! Awe-some!!

Have I mentioned that I really, really, really love my "job" ?!

I am off to teach at the Young Living International Convention. I am SUPER excited, but there is no place like home, and I will miss your shaking booties!! No class this Monday or Wednesday, but we will be moving extra hard on July 2nd to make up for it!

In the meantime... DANCE!!!

Power outage! No Zumba!

Heads up all!! I just got word that the power is out at Pat Harris, which means no music, which means no Zumba.... unless you all want to dance in the dark to me beat boxing. Which you don't. Trust me.
